Through her organisation, The Holm Edit, she shares practical solutions to create systemic change, that require business and citizens simultaneously making more sustainable choices, creating the necessary supply and demand to transition the economy.  

Courtney is also an Honorary Professor at The University of Exeter’s Business School of Environment, Science and Economy, The Chair of the Board for The Orchard Project, and sits on the Board of Directors at Green Seal.
